CFI A-7879 V2 Mini-ITX enclosure (4x 3.5" NAS, 1x 2.5", Hot-Plug, 1x PCI, 250W)
The CFI-A7879 enables you to build a NAS-system (eg. with FreeNAS) on Mini-ITX basis. The enclosure offers 4x Hot-Plug SATA 3.5" drive bays and an internal 2.5" slot for the system drive. The internal 250W PSU offers enough power and the free PCI-slot on the rear side allows further expansion.

Der Einbau des Mainboards gestaltet sich etwas schwierig, da der Boden oder die Seite nicht komplett abnehmbar sind. Entsprechend eng bemessen ist der Platz. Der nachfolgende Einbau des RAM und der Anschluß der Gehäusekonnektoren (PWRBT, HDLED etc) wird auch nicht einfacher. Die Kennzeichnung der HDLED des Gehäuses fehlt, so dass nur Ausprobieren, auf engstem Raum, hilft, wenn nur 2 Festplatten als RAID eingebaut sind.

Gehäuse ist an sich sehr gut, auch die Verarbeitung. Was allerdings gar nicht geht ist der Lüfter des verbauten Netzteiles...im Wohnraum eine Zumutung!
Schnelle Lieferung, alles passt, problemloser Einbau eines Mainboard Asrock E350M1 mit AMD Dual-Core E-350, klare Weiterempfehlung !
